To provide its core functionality, Guitar Tool requires access to your device's microphone:
- Microphone Permission: Used solely to capture audio frequency for pitch detection. This allows the app to determine if your guitar strings are in tune.
- Local Processing: All microphone input is processed in real-time, in memory, directly on your physical device.
- No Recording or Storage: We do not record, store, save, or transmit any audio data. As soon as pitch calculations are completed, the audio data is discarded instantly.
3. Third-Party Services
Guitar Tool does not include any third-party advertising networks, analytics packages, or tracking SDKs. There is no integration with services that collect user profiles or track behavior across apps.
